Freedom Session deals with real issues: strained relationships, shame, depression, anger, fear, abuse, addiction and more. Beneath these symptoms, you will find a wounded and empty heart looking for hope and meaning. This course requires a strong commitment and there is assigned "heart work" to help you.

E5: College & Adults "Building Up"
– Course Description: You know about Jesus, but do you want to deepen what you already know? This course will encourage Christians and seekers to build their relationship with God and with others. A discipleship training manual will be used to explore topics such as Jesus, Holy Spirit, the Bible, prayer, and Biblical community and apply the learning to daily living.
Teachers: Michael Chau, Helen Chan, Dan Chan

E6: College & Adults "James - Practical Christianity"
– Course Description: We will be working our way through the book of James to discover practical ways our Christian faith connects with daily life. The book of James has been called the Proverbs of the New Testament because it prepares believers to live wisely. Join us in learning how a life of faith impacts every area of our lives and motivates us to truly engage in the lives of those around us.
Teachers: Samuel Chang, Richard Louie, Andrew Pond
